Shipley Energy and Tom’s Program Offer Description

Listed below are the details of the promotional offers provided by Shipley Energy at this time. Shipley Energy reserves the right to change, amend, delete, withdraw, or add new benefits to the card member benefit plan at its discretion.

Shipley Heating Oil and Propane Customers

  • A one time $100 credit provided to new home heating oil or propane customers who pay with the Shipley Energy RevolutionCard
  • A $100 credit for every home heating oil or propane customer referred that becomes a Shipley customer

New residential Heating Oil or Propane customers who obtain a RevolutionCard and elect to pay their energy bill using the card will be assigned an acquisition code identifying the customer as part of this program. This identifier will generate the following:

  • Non-Budget Customers
    • A $20 credit for the first 5 fuel deliveries
    • Credit will be seen on your fuel invoice
  • Budget Payment Customers
    • A $20 credit per month for 5 months.
    • Credit will be seen on your monthly statement.

A similar code will also be used to identify customers who have referred a new heating oil or propane customer who also elects to pay by the Revolution Card. These codes will be assigned by Shipley Energy’s customer service representative who sets up the account(s) or automatically assigned by Shipley Energy’s system relative to online applications.

Existing customers can provide the name and number of the person being referred. Shipley Energy will log this ‘lead’ and call the person to solicit enrollment. Or a ‘lead’ can call in and provide the name of the person that referred them to Shipley to ensure both parties receive the appropriate credit.

Shipley Natural Gas Customers

  • A one time $20 check provided to new natural gas customers who pay with the Shipley Energy RevolutionCard
  • A $20 check for every natural gas customer referred that becomes a Shipley customer

For natural gas customers, an identifying code will also be used for new customer and referring customer tracking. This code will be input into the Shipley Energy system by a customer service representative. The Shipley Energy customer service representative shall request the rebate check from the accounts payable department and will be mailed to the customer.

Tom’s Stores Gas

  • $0.10 cents off per gallon of gas through April 30, 2008

Consumer paying for their gas purchase at a Tom’s location will see a 10 cent per gallon of gas savings. The savings will be visible on the pump display as well as on the sales receipt.

Yowza Bottled Spring Water Service

  • 5 Free months of bottled water service to your home (Includes water cooler and 2–five gallon bottles of spring water delivered per month).

New customers and existing referring customers who pay by Revolution Card will be contacted by a customer service representative (CSR) to arrange for the water delivery and initial set-up of the water cooler. At the end of the 5 free months, the customer is contacted by a CSR to determine if he or she wishes to continue with water service at our regular rates or if he or she would like to discontinue the service at no charge to the customer.
