| Troubleshooting Tips > I have problems with my Humidifier! |
| If water is leaking, your float system may need adjusted. |
- Turn off the humidifer water valve. (It's located near the main water pipe.)
- Follow the small copper or plastic water line that's attached to the humidifier to the main water pipe.
- Contact Shipley Energy to have one of our trained service technicians check on your system!
