• The drain pipe may have gotten moved out of the hole in the floor.
• The drain pipe may have slipped off at the cooling coil above your furnace or air handler.

Check the condensate pump.

• Some units have a small pump that drains the condensate water away from the furnace.
• The drain pipe may have gotten moved out of the pump.
• Check the condensate wiring. It may have come unplugged.
